It is unbelievable how some people have zero emotional intelligence. I though that IQ and EI are somehow connected. That education and good behavior are also connected. However, I keep bumping into exceptions.

How can you approach someone that has no emotional intelligence? Even more: how do you approach a rude but educated person?

I am unarmed in front of these people.

Probably is the same situation for men that are attached by women. You do know how to react if a guy hits you. But what is the right way to react if a woman is agressive?

No reaction seems to be the proper one when being cauth by surprise in this case.
What should one say back? What should one do?
